General terms and conditions

The rental period begins on the working day on which the rental property is made available in accordance with the agreement, and ends on the working day on which the rental property is returned.

• Payment is to be made by invoice no later than thirty (30) days from the invoice date. The invoice must be sent to the Customer’s email address via PDF. In the case of rental, the Customer will be billed with a billing interval of fifteen (15) days unless otherwise agreed.
• If the rental property does not function as promised, COT Sweden shall, without cost or unreasonable delay, remedy the deficiency. The customer is not obliged to pay rent during the period when the deficiency is rectified.
• The deductible may be adjusted in the event that the tenant has had repeated burglaries, in the event that the customer has not taken additional reasonable security measures to prevent repeated thefts.
• If damage/loss is not reported to the police, the rental property will be charged as follows:
  Purchase value-25% of the charged rent, however, a minimum of 30% of the purchase value.
